After paying our groceries I offered her to visit my home. Maybe my wife can give some suggestions for exercising while pregnant so she had to get healthy weight gain during pregnancy.

When I got home I talk to my wife about what happened when I was shopping. My wife said that over weights during pregnancy is not good, but lack of weight it would be worse. When you are not pregnant deficiency or excess weight is not good for your body, especially when you are in pregnancy.
